In an unexpected emergency, cell phones and computers are often lost or destroyed during the event. The ability to communicate with loved ones, to let others know that the victims are okay and their current location is a top priority. Our D.E.A.R. Friends will help meet this need by providing cell phones and laptops for email at evacuation centers and disaster locations for use by victims.
